"Everything was great!! Wonderful helpful staff, except breakfast food, beautiful relaxing pool/hot tub, everything was comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping was on top of it. Convenient location. Enjoyed my 6 day stay."

"La verdad me encantó quedarme en este hotel, estaba súper limpio muy bien ubicado para ir a universal el personal fue atento, limpiaron nuestra habitación, sin ni siquiera pedirlo, y eso fue un Super Plus, así que de verdad la recomiendo para cualquiera que vaya hay universal o alrededores. lo único que tendría por decir es que en la habitación no hay microondas, sin embargo, en la recepción tienen uno comunitario que fue de mucha ayuda"

"Great hotel on the whole. Lovely pool area and amenities but the rooms were not quite as impressive. We unfortunately got a room on the side of the freeway and the noise was quite loud, which did dampen our enjoyment and we couldn’t really sit out on the balcony. I also put some swimwear out on the chairs on the balcony and received a pretty patronising letter about “ruining the aesthetic”, the message printed on the door just said not to hang on the rails so they might want to make the rule clearer rather than telling people off afterwards. These rooms had a literal view of the car park and freeway so not sure what aesthetic I was ruining."

"Room was clean, smelled a bit like bleach at check in which I prefer over smelling bad, staff was super friendly and amazing. Ac worked great, parking was easy (we just ubered from there to wherever we wanted to go. Close to citywalk, shopping center accross the street with Pizza, thai food, a bar, a convenience and most important, a starbucks"
