What a gem

The property was exactly as pictured. It was in a great location. Very quiet and restful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely love to come back and stay again soon.

Great vacation home for our trip

We came to town to visit family and this property gave us a private retreat to return to each day after our visit. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. We brought our little dog and the neighborhood was nice and walkable to make sure our dog got in his steps. The home was close to shopping and restaurants. The owners lived next door, but did not drop by during our stay, which is always a concern when the owner lives nearby. We would stay here again.

Frustrated

The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery.
