"Property is a quiet little country home! We was only there at night, we was in town to see family. Only draw back was after you leave the pavement the dirt roads was kind of washboard. Plus side we could take my sisters little dog with us. "

Nails sticking out on flooring and also on ledge in second kitchen. Mold on ceiling in several spots. Wifi barely works-MANY oustside cameras draw down any wifi there is so tv's don't work and can't get on computer to...

"Every one of us 10 had a wonderful time in the beautiful BnB home and the property around the home! We had no problem in getting into the home and we were very Happy that we picked it once we walked inside! Colorado is Beutiful and Peyton, CO, outside of Colorado Springs was a wonderful place to stay at! "

Great Experience

"Older motel but maintained nicely. The room was big in comparison to newer hotels and the convenience of pulling up to the door for unloading was awesome. The motel grounds were very nice and maintained by a caring hand. We stayed at numerous places on this one trip alone, all newer hotels and my daughter said this was her favorite. I enjoyed the fact it was also the lowest price of the 10 day trip."

"The property was easy to find. The treehouse was everything we wanted. The tiny house feel, the nature surrounding it. And can’t forget the hot tub after a long day of hiking or adventuring. Highly recommend! "
