“Keine Klima, geschweige den einen Ventilator bei a die 40 Grad im Dachgeschoss. Keine Kooperation seitens des Personals. Bei den hohen Übernachtungskosten ein no-go. Wir konnten bei der Temperature kaum schlafen. Schrecklich nie wieder”

“I am in fact unable to review this accomodation since the owner did not bother to allow entry. When arriving around 9:45 PM, the hotel was closed. A phone number was mentioned on a paper attached to the door, but the phone was not answered (nor when Expedia tried to contact the owner). A few hours before arriving, the owner had apparently sent a message via Expedia asking about arrivaltime, but since I was travelling, I had not seen that message. Just calling me, as a normal person or proper……

“Great property and amazing staff when you can find them. The only downside if the awful experience you will get if you book through Expedia which doesn't seem to send you the confirmation details the day before which means you can't get into your room. If you arrive late then expect to spend time on the phone with the really helpful and polite support team at the hotel. Would certainly stay again, would certainly not book through Expedia again.”
