Very large, spacious room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The room and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I also really loved the wine bar and the food/snacks there. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly.

Great hotel, very comfortable and not to big, location is perfect and the food at the hotel is really good , a plus is that they have also good Wine ;-)

Everyone at the Kragemann made my family feel very special and were very accommodating, especially since we don't speak German. Our room was extremely clean and cozy and the location cannot be beat - right in the middle of town. The Vinothek is right across from the hotel and we would highly recommend it for a great glass of wine and dinner. It also serves breakfast for hotel guests, which was delicious and met all of our expectations. If you want something more remote and absolutely stunning, then make sure you check out the hotel's sister - SCHILSBACHTAL - in the Nationalpark Eifel, located on lake Rursee.

Alles sehr zufriedenstellend!

Alles war genau so wie man es sich wünscht. Das einzigste was vielleicht ein kleiner kritikpunkt wäre sind die zum teil kleinen Tische beim Frühstück. Wenn man da alles soweit aufgetischt bekommt,dann ist es schon etwas eng alles.

Ontzettend mooie kamers. Goed ingericht, mooi sanitair, mooi hotel. Helaas wel erg rumoerig. Je hoort iedereen van en naar zijn kamer gaan en om 6:30 uur startte de bouwplaats naast het hotel op met veel geschreeuw van werklui, startende vrachtwagens en meer. Je hoort het verkeer op de drukke straat naast het hotel ook goed. Het ontbijt was karig en niet passend voor het toch wel grote bedrag dat je betaald voor een nacht in dit hotel. Een appel was het verse fruit, verder weinig keuze en niets vers bereid zoals een omelet of iets dergelijks. Je betaald duidelijk voor de looks en daar blijft het dan ook bij. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfekt mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen...

...das Umschreibt das Hotel wohl am Besten. Die Zimmer sind wirklich absolut superschön und perfekt sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus und WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei... ABER: um noch arbeiten zu können, ist der Tisch so massiv zu klein, dass es einfach nicht geht. Im Zimmer waren zwar Gläser, aber eine Flasche Wasser war bei dem nicht ganz günstigen Kurs nicht dabei. Das können andere in diesem Preissegment besser. Wirklich enttäuscht war ich aber darüber, dass mir auf dem Frühstückstisch ein kleines Schildchen zeigte, dass Cappuccino separat zu bezahlen ist. Ebenso witzig war, dass mir bei meiner späten Ankunft kurz vor 21 Ihr mitgeteilt wurde, dass Bar/Restaurant bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist, nicht aber, dass die Küche um 21 Uhr schließt. 21.05 Uhr war das Thema dann durch. Hätte ich's gewusst, wäre ich noch rechtzeitig dort gewesen - so musste ich dann eben die Umgebung erkunden. Die sonst in Hotels übliche Standardfrage beim Check-out , ob alles OK war, wurde leider auch nicht gestellt - also habe ich meine Verbesserungsvorschläge erst mal für mich behalten. Kurzum: Sehr, sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit minimalem Verbesserungsbedarf in Punkto Service. Kurzum: jederzeit wieder, wenn ich nicht noch am Computer arbeiten muss ;-)

Business Stay

I stayed her on business and the hotel was great for what I needed. It was modern and clean with good easily accessible WiFi. The restaurant looked very nice but it had already closed when I arrived at 10pm. The only issue I had was that on checkout the hotel staff wanted me to pay. However I had prepaid. With the language barrier this was difficult to explain and could have been an awkward situation if I wasn’t able to produce my credit card statement with proof of payment.
