Cheapest big hotel available in St Marten but a bit dark and depressing. Staff seemed very different and less well trained than in a normal Hilton. Only one small restaurant and bar with limited choice.

The staff were absolutely great. The property is in a convenient location on the Dutch side. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and has an excellent view. The rooms were large and everything worked properly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

No communication upon arrival. No daily cleaning but we are supposed to know from a paper in room we found a days later. Need to ask in advance to get room cleaned. You can ask for clean towels. Washer and drier was helpful but no vacuum for sandy floors. well kept hotel and property overall was great.

My stay was amazing! The property is about 8-10 minutes from lotus and amore if you enjoy the night life. Captain rib shack was close by. Very quiet location away from the busy area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing, customer service was 10/10. Juliette bistro is walking distance from the hotel. Price was reasonable. The view is breathtaking! I can’t wait to book again!

Overall, it was just beautiful! We especially enjoyed the bistro across the street and often had coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the balcony in the mornings...so cool! Highly recommended and we plan to return.

Excellent location. The resort has a private beach with many umbrellas and a beach bar and an infinity pool. The beach is covered in fine sand and the water is calm and clear. The neighborhood is very nice with several excellent restaurants nearby. There is also a piano bar and a nice supermarket across the street. The hotel has ample parking and the units are comfortable and well designed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the rooms are always great. The food and drinks are decent, though not particularly standout. This visit was for my birthday, so I was hoping for an even better experience, but unfortunately, there were a few disappointments. The internet was very unreliable throughout my entire stay. While there was Wi-Fi in the room, it didn’t extend to the balcony or certain areas of the property, which was inconvenient. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the towel booth attendant that left me feeling stereotyped, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, room service was not delivered to the room. Instead, I had to go down to the restaurant to pick up my order, which wasn’t what I expected or paid for. Overall, it was a good stay, but these details matter. With a few improvements, especially in service and amenities, the experience could be much better for future guests.

The room was very clean and well kept. Issues we had included a TV that suddenly stopped working while we watched and the lights in the bathroom flickered uncontrollably. We weren’t in the room much, so it didn’t affect us too much. However, the property itself was amazing with breathtaking views of the water and boats nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Its location is in the center of everything in Simpson Bay but that also includes the traffic at certain times of the day that make getting around a bit of a challenge. I would stay here again if I needed to be near Simpson Bay.

Quiet. On a nice beach. Not a lot to do here especially for kids. They had a tie dye for kids with two colours and only large shirts. Not much effort put into it. Other Hiltons do more for families. But overall, the place was very nice, pool was nice and beach was fantastic. We worked with Kimberlee who really went out of her way to assist us.
