"The hotel is located at very convenient area near subway station. But the bed is hard like sleeping on the ground more over, I informed originally the checkout time is 2pm, and when I got out around 1 20, which is earlier than that, i heard the housekeeper was swearing and complaining not coming out earlier. Unacceptable hard bed, used my bedding and have to put it under sheets, and picked another sheet in the corridor as a new sheet, without that it had been unacceptable. The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. "Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"
