Spending an early Xmas with my family in this hotel for 5 days 4 night here.
Was well taken care of by the crew and especially want to praise by my temporary babycare in the executive lounge.
Joanne and Hani proactively asked for help in my baby needs and spent some time in getting my baby and family familiar with the place. Eventually my baby get so used with them and laugh so much when he is hugging them.
It is his first Xmas and best Xmas he could ever get in Singapore.
Meanwhile, want to praise holiday inn that is providing baby bed for family. The reception proactively ask for our needs and offer this without extra charge. The team are friendly, helpful, intelligent and well trained.
Special for the house keeping team, my baby vomit in day two in his bed, and the team clean it up effectively.
I saw there are so many family with kids and babies spent their holiday over here.
Will definitely choose it again for my next trip.
Location and transportation is also great, there is also a 24 hours laundry shop nearby, just 3 mins walk from hotel. Washing for my baby napkins."
