"Great location! Big lobby, good restaurants, spacious rooms."

"Excellent location for transit so close to airport. Staff were so helpful and the hotel had a lovely pool and facilities. The only areas for improvement are that more information should be provided to guests at checkin - pool opening hours etc and also the room would be improved with a bidet."

"The property is well maintained. The room is very clean and in excellent condition. The staffs are friendly, courtesy and willing to help. The location is good,and within walking distances to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and transportation hubs."

"Overall, we think this hotel is good value. Things that we liked- the common kitchen, complimentary tea/coffee, gym, availability of laundry machines, water cooler to provide chilled water, rooms were mostly comfortable and clean. However, improvements could be made to make the rooms outstanding, one of which is to put more hooks on the walls to make up for lack of counter space."

"Every member of staff was fantastic and delivered 5 star service. Hard to single any particular person out as they were all so good. The room (Marina Bay view King) and pool were lovely, very clean and a nice balance between modern and old-world charm. Only minor fault was the room did feel a little tired and there was nothing really in the way of amenities in the room (free soft drinks or snacks). Would still recommend 100%"
