I stayed in a deluxe room which I still cannot believe, it is a very small sized rooms with a high price tag due to the demand for the prime area. Felt very congested mentally only because of this reason, on the flip side it has amazing painting every where you walk, front line staff are really helpful and best thing is you can walk to train line in 3 mins, with good food availability everywhere

The so called deluxe rooms are little more than dungeons - tiny, no window, no air circulation, damp, no proper shower, just a shower head which sprays water everywhere.The superior rooms are bigger, with a window but still no air circulation, damp and no proper shower. Extreme disappointment
Checkin already so late at 3pm yet the room was not ready, waited for more than 30mins to get the room. Room was not like the photo at all, looks completely different and the window can't even be opened as it was on the first floor. I wanted the 2nd floor view so upgraded to a useless superior room. Even asking for extra towels needed the approval from their manager and had to wait for very long for the manager's approval. Ridiculous. Extremely dissatisfied with their staff nonchalant attitude as well. Extremely disappointing.

Cute little place next to all little india shops and restaurants. Totally worth it for the price you pay. Staff are hard working. There was a bit of rush at checkin time and staff were trying hard to accommodate everyone. Carry $100 for deposit; if you put it on the card it can take upto a month to be refunded.

This is my 2nd times stayed here. I love the location which right next to MRT subway, right in the middle of Little india. The room was clean and bed comfy. This time we got the room which lower floor, basically the wall is next to the walk way(street). Sometimes there are people stop and start video call next to our window. Indian music from opposite shops crooss the street until 1-2am. Very early morning will be people waking you up every morning at 5am. Starting off load the groceries and gas tanks. What a fun trip!

Restroom is very very small.. literally no space for a shower. Facility wise, the hotel doesn’t have a n elevator.. so, we have to carry the big luggages over the stairs. Room is small too but in good condition. More of a motel with minimum facilities than a hotel. One great thing about this facility is that it is in center of all the dining options and next door to MRT station. Pretty close to all the major shopping centers - Tekku and Mustafa center. All the Hindu temples are nearby.

False advertising. The room that was given to me versus what I paid for was totally different. Specifically booked said room because of the amenities listed in both their website and Expedia listing. Room came with nothing as described, small and doesn’t look anything like pictures. Only stayed 1 night out of the 3 nights booked because defeats the purpose of being able to work from hotel. What’s worse is that it is non refundable too because of Expedia’s terms and condition. Even though not customer’s fault, property / Expedia refuse to accept that it’s false advertising. Huge disappointment. Only been given 2 free nights at the same hotel as compensation but honestly who would return?

Great location in exotic Little India, close to stores and affordable street food. Get a room with a window on the upper floor. The windows in the rooms on the first floor are directly looking out to the street so everyone can see into your room. The rooms are rather small for the price paid. Subway station is within 2 minute walk. 4 stops to Gardens by the Bay. Taxi to Chiangi airport takes about half hour and is about $19. Form the airport you can take a shuttle for $9 per person.

Mixed feelings about my 3 nights stay here, although I must highlight that the bedding mix up was handled very well. Unfortunately I had spilled some curry on the room carpet, which I tried cleaning up as much as I could but I didn't have detergent. I reported the matter quickly but housekeeping said he would only attend to it the next day. The stains couldn't be removed by the time I checked out and I had to be charged $80 for the carpet replacement. If not for this episode, I would stay here again or recommend my foreign guests to. Overall good property but housekeeping staff needs to be equipped with right tools & sense of urgency to avoid similar incidents.
