Lovely property not far from the airport. On-site restaurant, plus the area is loaded with great food options. Bedroom is small, but sufficient for 2 people. Bed was super comfy with choice of pillows. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options.

The only issue I found that there was no toilet paper in the toilet and I had to wait over 10 minutes even after I called the reception to get it.

Very clean with friendly staff. I appreciate that I was able to get my camera back as I left it at the dining table. My only complaint is the room is a bit too cold. The temperature is central controlled.

Pros: - Hotel is near a lot of restaurants and hawker center - Have decent amount of appliance in the room Cons: - Rooms are not too clean, sheets were not replaced after 5 days of stay - Usually self-service even if with a lot of baggage - Not near from tourist places

Holiday inn is perfect for the price location cleanliness eco friendly The only complaint that I have The beds are too soft middle portion is sinking it causes back pain in the morning hopefully they will pay attention to this matter over all was good

Staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection of healthy options plus some local and western choices. The only drawback we find was the strange bathroom design to be honest. It's a shared door for both the main bathroom plus showers, which is not so convenient with the bathmat, plus there's no place to put the towel inside the showers. Also, the bathroom light was not fully blocked off from the bedroom, so if anyone is using the toilet in the middle of the night, the light could wake up the others.

I was a fan of the Katong area to begin with so staying here was an easy decision. The staff blew me away with how friendly and efficient they are even during really busy times over the Christmas holiday. The area is nice and had lots of food and transport options. For sure recommend!
