Location is great. It is walking distance to Lau Pasat and even to Marina Bay if you dont mind walking on a hot humid day. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The helpfulness and service of the staff was topnotch, especially Zuo Xiang at reception who was very professional and very customer service oriented. Only con is the size of room and toilet which are definitely small.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Hat mir in der Notlage sofort und schnell geholfen, Frühstück sehr frisch mit großer Auswahl. Große Pool! Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber das ist wohl normal in Singapur zu sein. Ich komme gerne wieder!

3/30〜ファミリーで宿泊しました。 予約出来たので大丈夫だろうと思いつつ、公式では4月オープンとあり、本当に3月からオープンしているのか不安でしたが、3/28〜プレオープンしてる状況でした。 それを知らずに来た人達は、いたるところ工事中なのでビックリしたと思います。 なぜか1階エリアガラスにヒビが入ってるところがところどころありました、、 まず部屋についてドアの前に点検の張り紙、部屋に入ると電気系統？が入ってるボックス鍵刺しっぱなし。 そして何より狭い！ 特にトイレとシャワーブースは、体格のいい人は身動き取れなくなります。 トイレットペーパーは右上頭上にあり、不便です。 トイレとシャワーブースの境目は傾斜が低く、大人2人子供1人の3人ですが排水口も2日目で詰まってきて、トイレエリアに水漏れしないか心配でした。 排水口掃除を頼むとしてくれましたが、とても簡易な作りで、蓋を戻さず帰られました。 クローゼットはなく、オープンエリアに短めなハンガーラックが設置されています。 今回荷物も多くなかったので特に不便は感じませんでしたが、この部屋に子連れオッケーはちょっと厳しいです。 プールはとても広く温水で快適でした。 が、出てから浴びれるシャワーは冷たいシャワーしかなく、着替える場所はありません。 聞いたら外エリアにあるトイレで着替えてと言われましたが、女性は特に着替えるのは狭くて難しいです。 男性や子供は皆外で隠しながら着替えてました。 今後ホテル内水着でうろつく人が出ることが予想されます。 エレベーターには階数ボタンがなく、部屋のカードをかざして自分の階もしくは2階のレストランプールエリア、1階ロビーまでしか行けません。 が、なぜか毎日何階かに1回は19階まで連れて行かれました。 19階はまだ工事中で降りるにもビニールがかかっており、でも降りないと階数ボタンがないので下れず、ドキドキでした。 おかげで毎日19階が出来上がっていく様子を知れましたwww 今回荷物も多くなくほぼ外に出ていたのでいろいろな不具合は笑って済ませられましたが、快適に過ごしたい人には今のところ向かないなと思います。
