The location was fantastic - right next to Somerset MRT which made getting around very easy. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight with unobstructed views to Marina Bay Sands. Will definitely stay here again

I didn’t like the fact that the foyer was on the 10th floor and not on the ground floor. There was no one to help with luggage or anyone to greet you on arrival. The hotel room is very tired and needs to be refurbished. There is no bar. The only place to relax and get a drink is on the top floor where the pool is. You can’t sit at the bar only around the pool. So if it’s raining you can’t even sit at a bar and have a drink! This area also closes at 11. In all not very happy with this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The highlight was the top floor swimming pool and bar with fantastic views of the city. Even when we finally left our room we could still use the facilities when was so nice. The hotel is near the metro which made getting around so easy. We would definitely recommend the Jen.
