Over priced, I've stayed all over the world and even for Singapore cost to much. I expected it to be alot better.

Well located with nice and clean rooms. Stayed as a family of 3 with a 3 year old. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Opposite the monorail and very easy to move around!.

All over it’s good and friendly But on January 1, I ask the reception the Indian one can we buy tickets gor Singapore zoo from village hotel Than she say what zoo what zoo ? What safari than she say I will asq wait there than she lets stay and she didn’t talk to me!! The room cleaning daily not clean dose not brush the carbet she didn’t clean the bathroom Only changed the towel and make the blanket So bad the house keeping

Outlook of hotel and hotel room is comforting and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Near monorail and eateries, food is 5min walk or monorail ride away.

I like that hotel have different activities lined up during my stay. There were soy candle making and pool zumba classes free for suite bookings. Appreciate the fact that guests can also visit the Village hotel swimming pool which is bigger with nicer views. Hotel breakfast is not buffet style which is fine as food offered are quite good.

I like how the hotel is near Imbiah station. Easily accessible to rws, beach, and Vivocity. Nice room and service of the staff are good. Only issue is some ants are spotted constantly in the desk of my room. Not a big issue.

It's my first time staying at Oasis and I appreciate the mgmt to upgrade my room to the top tier for my wife birthday staycation. Staffs are friendly and professional. Dining option can be improved as the selection is limited and abit rush due to the lack of space. Overall a enjoyable stay and I will be coming back again.

there was a cockroach infestation in the carpark. The upside to this was that the staff was prompt to act on this upon notification, with the management informed and pest control called in. The carpark building was also separated from the main hotel block, thus it was contained. generally, the staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff on duty during our stay was also very helpful and prompt to our request

It is not a resort facility hotel. Our check in time was 3pm however when we went at 4.30pm we were told to wait for another hour at least before our room was ready. There was no buffet breakfast and it was a very limited set menu with timing slots. Though we went at our timing slot , we had to queue for 15 mins and waited for 45mins for our food. The following day when we wanted in room dinning for breakfast, no one picked up our call and no one answered to our request. There was clearly limited staff on the ground. They only have a small sized swimming pool and we went to the nearby village hotel for their swimming pool which was huge and kids friendly. Thankfully we were given access to the swimming pool facility in that hotel.

Squeaky bed for a celebration?
We booked 2 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The plus was the balm and body scrub making which we had fun trying out with the Oasia spa team, Veron & Sabrina. But we surely did expect abit more from a 5 star hotel. There was no cakes / small gestures for our celebration and we also had an extremely squeaky and noisy bedframe. The location was near to Siloso beach and was near to station.

Very noisy, 1st night had inconsiderate guests above running around the room until midnight and again early morning noise through floor sounded really loud and kept us from a good sleep. Plus you can hear people in rooms adjacent Asked for room relocation which the hotel accommodated, next 2 nights were ok but pool is in middle of building so early morning (and day time) users noise travelled into room. Breakfast was ok but understaffed so slow, coffee machine in room but no milk (no minibar) fan noisey/ roll holder broken/sink slow to drain, key card failed twice. Asked for 2 thinner pillows and was told we could only have 1 as they had other guests that need them (buy more) if you want a relaxing time and a good sleep away from kids this one is not for you

Service was good and staff were really helpful and friendly. The only thing is the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. It’s too dim and quite difficult to put on make up.
