“We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.”

“Location was great with excellent views of the ocean from both balconies. The unit provided lots of space for 4 people. The air conditioning worked great and beds were very comfortable! Disappointed that the pool bar was not open during our stay which was not made clear when booked. Although there is a lot of restaurants within walking distance, there is not suitable sidewalks/walking paths and often have to walk in the street..”

“From the moment we checked in until the moment we left we were amazed by the gorgeous views. Check in with Stacey was a breeze and the location was conveniently located near restaurants, bars and the Maho Market. The only problem with our stay was that it was not long enough. We can’t wait to visit again.”

“This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Concierge check-in was very easy and we appreciated the drinks and snack provided on arrival. The garage parking in the building was so convenient. The space was spotless with a midweek housekeeping refresh. The apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen to beach towels and beach/pool toys. We enjoyed daily swims in the pools and enjoyed chatting with friendly residents. In addition to the……

“An absolutely stunning view of Great Bay! It’s definitely a steep drive up the hill to get there, but worth it once you’re there. Definitely a lot of wasps in and around the outdoor space, but the property manager was kind enough to leave us a bottle of spray that helped. And just a quick drive into Philipsburg as well!”

“Beautiful views! Condo is beautiful as well. I did not receive any check in instructions or basic information such as the recommendation to not drink the water without reaching out to the property manager. The owner was very responsive and got me into contact with the property manager. An email or message in advance regarding the check in process would be great as well as a binder with instructions for the property ie do not drink the water, trash goes here, recycling here, codes for gates etc.……
