“This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great……

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. “Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary.
