It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "Séjour très agréable, Rob est un hôte très agréable et il a des talents de cuisiner qui faut impérativement tester dans le restaurant dont il est le chef qui se trouve au rdc. Parfois on aimerait garder les bonnes adresses pour soi mais Rob mérite vraiment d’être connu. J’aurai voulu pouvoir goûter tout ce qui est à la carte mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois. "We were celebrating our children’s graduation, and this cozy spot was perfect for a home base to explore the whole region. Everything was very clean and orderly, no broken fixtures. The host was very accommodating and helpful, as was the on-site cleaning staff. Many thanks for a perfect family trip!"

"Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it. Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total. A full trap! "

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"

"Clean bed was the only good thing! Old, heavily used fridge, old and limited kitchen cutlery, stained sofa and a smart Tv not connected - shall I say more?"

"We stayed in the studio flat, the location is very good with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as key sightseeings of Liège. The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm). "

"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."
