Dear Mr Vipul, We would like to thank you for choosing Ziva Suites as your accommodation preference. We apologies for the discomfort caused. Technical errors can happen any time. Amenities in the room and bathroom are checked daily before the new check ins, its unfortunately that the shower socket had come out during your stay, although after your complaint we immediately replaced a new shower on the same day. Also we would like to clarify that there was no issue in the bathroom doors the doors were locked from inside. Due to the salt content in the atmosphere the colors of the standing fans do fade out and we do change them periodically. Although we thank you so much for this feedback & will do the needful.
