It includes a brand new 65” Samsung TV powered with high speed internet access and Midco cable service with lots of options. It is centrally located in the Sioux Falls, only 2mins drive to SanFord Children Hospital, Augusta Amd Sioux Falls University, I min walk to Midco Aquatic Center and park, VA hospital. 10mins to Sioux Falls Airport.
Brand new King and Queen size mattress and sofa mattress capable of accommodating up to 6 people. Brand new Fully stocked kitchen with lots of equipments, Private Laundry in Basement and one car garage access. Plenty of storage closets, Small Pet and kids friendly. Central heating and cooling, safe and secure neighborhood with street security cameras. Self check in and check out with options for extended stay. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing nearby.

It was nice. The remodel that has been done is great. Kitchen and bath still need some work but, hot water and shower were awesome. Neighborhood was nice and easy to get to. Check in and out were easy and communication excellent.

Renovations Should Continue
This apartment is conveniently located - close to Sanford Medical Center, the Veterans Hospital, and the colleges. It has a college kids' vibe with renovations completed in the bedrooms and begun elsewhere but old and run-down in the kitchen, bath, and living room. The beds were comfortable and all appliances seemed to work. There's a huge tv in the living room that we watched often.
