About this space
Completely renovated Midcentury Modern, single-level home located in the heart of Sioux Falls. A quick 5-minute drive to downtown, only minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, hospitals, our lovely McKennan park and more!

The 3-bedroom home is complete with a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room made for entertaining, modern bathrooms and a backyard patio with a Malm fireplace.

The space
Welcome to Benelo!

LIVING ROOM:
Relax in the comfortable, open living room complete with an HDTV and Sonos sound system. Enjoy the original, vintage photos of Sioux Falls and carefully curated, mid-century pieces. Vintage Packard Bell record player / stereo console with a collection of vinyl records including Bob Dylan, The Who, Pink Floyd and others.

MAIN BEDROOM:
"The Red Room" is designed in a warm palette with an adjoining, private half-bathroom. Bed size is a queen with a luxury mattress, sheets and pillows. Each nightstand includes multiple USB charging ports and outlets.

SECOND BEDROOM:
"The Green Room" is styled in a cooler color palette complete with textured designs and accents. Bed size is a queen with a luxury mattress, sheets and pillows. Each nightstand includes multiple USB charging ports and outlets.

THIRD BEDROOM:
"The White Room" includes a dedicated working space with a Eames chair, adjustable desk lamp and surge protector. Bedsize is a twin with high quality sheets and pillows. Nightstand also includes multiple USB ports and outlets.

KITCHEN / BREAKFAST AREA:
The completely renovated Kitchen is open and bright with quartz countertops. Fully-stocked with glasses and plates readily accessible. Wide-open farmhouse-style sink with professional grade InSinkerator disposal and Grohe extendable faucet. Quiet Bosch dishwasher and luxurious Bosch refrigerator which includes a beverage compartment, filtered water and automatic ice cube maker. Also includes a breakfast table with Knoll Bertoia-designed chairs with a view to the front yard and entrance.

DINING ROOM:
A large, spacious, white carrara marble tulip table designed by Eero Saarinen and seating for six. Complete with Herman Miller Eames Aluminum Group leather dining chairs. Closeby a glass vitrine containing classic games for entertainment.

MAIN BATHROOM:
Enjoy a luxurious curbless shower with an extra large Grohe waterfall shower head, invisible drain and teak resting stool.

SUNROOM:
Entertain with friends and family or relax with a book in Milo Baughman cube chairs in the bright and calming sunroom. Includes a vintage Deutscher Meister foosball table and small library with classics and recent best sellers.

PATIO:
Outdoor patio with lounge chairs and accessories. Perfect for the morning coffee, sun bathing the day, grilling in the evening, and relaxing by the vintage Malm fireplace while star gazing at night.

Guest access
You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, patio and backyard during your stay.

We do have a doorbell camera at the front door that records both video and audio for added guest security.

This was one of the best properties and host my family and I have ever stayed at! I can't recommend it enough! 90th Birthday Tour

Property was beautiful and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Property manager was so nice and attentive to any need we had. My 90 year old mom loved the dining room chairs. We came to celebrate her bday with family and the house worked out wonderfully for that. Would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I could not have been happier with our stay! This house is as perfect in person as it is online. You need it? They have it. Exceptionally clean, and well planned VRBO home. The host was very helpful, thorough, and and overall excellent communicator. Something that sets this house apart from others is how well kept everything is, the whole house is fully stocked, and not just with gross hand me downs, but with NICE AND CLEAN household items! So many of these rentals have one old warped pan, and just 2 chipped plates. Not this rental! Overall amazing experience, can't say enough wonderful things. These host take pride in their home!

Beautiful home!

My family stayed at the Benelo for two nights while visiting family members in Sioux Falls. The location is excellent—very close to a big grocery store and numerous eateries. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, immaculately clean, and a wonderful retreat. I used the kitchen to prepare meals to take to a larger family get-together and the kitchen had all of the dishes, pots and pans, etc. that I needed. Everything is on one level, and there is a no-entry shower. We enjoyed the fun collection of vinyl LPs and the vintage games! I had excellent communication with Brad, the host, before and during my stay. We hope to return the next time we’re in Sioux Falls!

A gem of a house

My sister’s and I rented this house for a girls weekend to celebrate our sister’s birthday. The house was immaculate with hidden surprises. We were welcomed with a small bottle of champagne to toast our weekend and all we needed for waffles in the morning. We had everything we needed for a fire on the patio. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with your friends or sisters. The beds were comfortable, and don’t get me started on the shower ( it’s amazing). I highly recommend a stay here, and plan a repeat if we ever return.

Benelo was beautiful!

We were looking for a place to stay while my daughter was post-op knee surgery. I am from NE and she is a student as USF and the dorms were not going to cut it. We needed few steps as possible and a walk-in shower. After great communication with Brad we booked Benelo. It was amazing. From the fall decorations and glowing candled porch up to the easiest VRBO checkout I've ever had plus everything in between - this place was excellent. The hosts thought of so many extras that made staying here for 8 days easy and our home away from home. There are charging cubes on both sides of the bedside tables. with little baskets under the tables which we took advantage of. Each bedroom has a fan. The supply closet was stocked and ready for use. There was a darling small bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge and also sparkling water. The bathroom is not only functional but stunning. The decorating is this house was beautiful - little touches everywhere that tied the theme of the house all together. The spacious kitchen had a waffle station and waffle maker set up! Darling! The hosts were open to any suggestions and quick to respond with my two questions during our stay.. For my family, any time we come to Sioux Falls without our dog, we will for sure try to book this beautiful home.
