Located in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, this cozy 1 bedroom is perfect for those who want to explore the beautiful Falls Park, go shopping, or enjoy our fantastic culinary scene! The complex has a newly renovated lobby and is just steps away from the Jones421 marketplace and the Cascade. With a full kitchen and queen bed, this space is right in the middle of all the action of DTSF!
One spot is allocated for parking per booking, and there is ample paid street parking around the building.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect because we were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do around Falls Park. The space was great for just the two of us. It was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is on a high floor and the elevator was out of order, which was fine for us because we can take the stairs but it is something to be aware of if you have anyone staying there that can’t climb multiple flights of stairs. Overall amazing stay!
