Nice Apartment
Great location, this spot worked well for my wife and I with two dogs while in town for a wedding. Would for sure stay again.

Second stay less impressed
The first time we stayed we didn’t get check in details and I had to reach out to get information to check in. I chalked it up to a one time incident, but this time we also didn’t get check in details until I reached out at 4 to the property owner. When we arrived the floor was dirty and had not been swept. I swept the floors near the bedrooms and bathroom and it filled the dustpan. I then went to make coffee and there were grounds and a keurig, but no kcups or a way to actually make coffee. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom and hair in the shower. I did appreciate that the garage had been cleaned up for easier access from the garage, but overall was not as impressed with our second stay.

Sioux Falls Visit for medical
Location of property was a plus, however, I was disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the floors. My suggestion for the owner would be to tear out the dirty carpeting and cover those areas and the deteriorating hardwood floor with laminate flooring that would be easy to clean and not distract from the positive aspects of this VRBO. The king sized bed was comfortable and the new furniture was very nice. We enjoyed the large screen TV. Entry from the garage was hazardous with steep steps and the front walk was icy. It was difficult for my husband to enter the home. The garage is shared with a next door neighbor and the second night we were there, that person left their side of the garage open. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. We would not stay here again even though the price is reasonable and the owner was very friendly.

Great location and stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this little home away from home! We didn’t get check in details the day of arrival so I reached out to the owner and he messaged me back with details right away, was very kind and even allowed us to have a late checkout which was so nice! The location was perfect as we needed to be close to the hospital, and was great to be able to have our pup with us also! We’d definitely stay again!
