Die negativen sollte man wissen, wir haben aber entschieden, uns davon nicht beeinflussen zu lassen. 「Als wir die Wohnung betraten, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Alles wirkte unsauber und nicht gepflegt. Der Toilettensitz war defekt, die Spiegel an den Schränken und die Türen waren total verschmiert genauso wie die Tischplatte des Glastisches. Mehrere Glühbirnen und eine Nachttischlampe waren defekt. Das Internet funktioniert nicht, der Deckel der Kaffeemaschine war auch defekt, so dass man morgens erstmal basteln musste, dass der Kaffee auch in die Kanne lief. Am Staubsauger fehlte hinten ein...

Alles wichtige was man zum überleben braucht ist vorhanden (Handtücher, Seife, Wäscheständer, Putzequipment, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Pfannen uvm.). "The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was highly comfortable, and they have live music every Wednesday night, which was fantastic. Free parking is available, and the entrance to the old town and ancient castle is right next door, making it extremely convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel again!""
