Great villa with everything you need

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Altes ungepflegtes in die Jahre gekommene Immobilie. Angebotsbilder täuschen den Kunden. Komplette Elektrik entspricht nicht den heutigen Maßstäben. Dauernd fliegen die Sicherungen raus. Dass dies kein Einzelfall ist, belegt das Hausbuch, welches auf diese Fehlerquellen hinweistElektriker mußte 2 Stunden kommen, weil es Funkenflug in der Küche gab mit Auswirkungen bis in Dekas 2. OG.Danach immer noch Probleme. In der Küche fehlte eine einfache Kaffeemaschine, wie es Mitteleuropäer gewohnt sind. Nur Pads Maschine vorhanden. 18 Personenbelegzahl. Keine großen Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Kühlschrankverkleidungen fehlen.Klobrille mußte getauscht werden, weil verkommen und verpfifft.Wasserhähne in Dusche kaputt. Im Anbau Wasserschaden überstrichenen Schimmel vorhanden. eine sich auflösende Plastikplane auf dem Anbau (Wasserschaden), deren teile auf dem Grundstück verteilt liegen. Im 2. OG fehlen die Klimageräte. Unerträglicher Zustand bei den Außentemperaturen von teilweise 36 Grad. Keine Abkühlung für die Nacht. Plastikstühle alt und zerbrechlich. Habe 16T für 14 Tage bezahlt 2.8.25 bis 16.8.25, dass ist eine UNverschämheit. Ich verlange eine entsprechende Entschädigung (Unterbreiten Sie mir ein Angebot), ansonsten halte ich meinen Rechtsanwalt ein. Dass an diesem Haus etwas gemacht werden muss, belegt ein Schreiben vom 29.07.24 Happy Rentals, wo auf die Renovierungsarbeiten im 2. OG in 2026 hingewiesen wird. Dann 4 SZ statt 8. Chaos.R. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gerne wieder

Schönes und geräumiges Haus mit viel Platz.Eine Terrasse wo schön 14 Personen sitzen können. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wird regelmäßig gewartet. Entgegen dem Inserat gibt es leider ein Bad weniger. So stehen im 2. Stock für zwei DZ und zwei 3BZ nur ein Bad zur Verfügung. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber das Inserat sollte geändert werden. Die Kommunikation war einfach und immer schnell. Einmal gab es ein Problem mit dem Eingangstor. Dies wurde sehr schnell behoben und als „Entschädigung“ noch zwei Flaschen Wein. Das ist wirklich ein super Kundenservice. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

War schön

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.
