Description: Ground floor of a two-family building. Living area with kitchenette and dining table - master bedroom with double bed and two single beds - second bedroom with double bed - bathroom - large garden equipped with table, chairs and pergola - private and reserved parking space. Delightful sea views from many of the property's windows.
