Black Butte Ranch - Spacious house

  • PERFECT family reunion HOUSE (approx.. 4,600 sqft) with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, sauna, hot tub, shuffleboard and pool table. Great location - right in the middle of BlackButte Ranch at the end of a quiet cul de sac. There is a long private driveway with plenty of parking to accommodate friends and family.
    The house has 3 levels
    1st Level:
    • Extra pair of washing/dryer machine in the garage1st level
    • Sauna
    • Bedroom 1: queen size bed, fireplace and access to deck
    • Bedroom 2: queen size bed and access to deck
    • Full bathroom

    2nd Level:
    • Family room with TV and fireplace. Two sofa’s
    • Pool table and shuffleboard
    • Multiple decks
    • Full bathroom

    • Bedroom 3: queen size bed and 2 twin beds

Great house that is fun for all ages

This home is great for large groups and perfectly located between GM and the Meadow. We loved the house indoor and out. We had kids from 4 months to 16 and all loved the game room and games. We will rent again.

Loved our stay! Fully equipped kitchen, great game room, spa, decks, location, bikes, bbq, and more! Spacious home. Ideal for large groups. Two refrigerators and washers and dryers, plenty of towels for showering and swimming. Host was excellent with communicating and very nice. Large rooms. We enjoyed every minute!

Great family time in Black Butte

Hi Claudia The house and furnishings were beyond our expectations. The real people pleasers were the pool table, shuffleboard, circle puzzles and sauna. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and it was wonderful for us to have enough tables and chairs, inside and outside, for all of us to eat together. We saw deer, a special delight for our little grandchildren. Beds enough for everyone. Only suggestions would be stock enough toilet paper, trash bags and clearly marked cans for trash and recycling. We didn’t start the washer because it left a moldy smell on earlier use. Probably need more ventilation in the room and house instructions. All and all it was a great place to stay! We’ll try and stay again! Tom

Great Family Gathering

This was a great house for our large family gathering. Plenty of room for multiple families, and LOTS to do! We loved all of the games that were spread around the house. And it was fun that the pool table was in the main room, so the kids weren't off in their own space.

Fabulous stay

Very rarely does a property look better in person than in photos, but this one definitely did! We had a large group of friends coming to the ranch for a wedding and it readily accommodated us all. The amenities were wonderful to keep us all entertained. The place was clean, updated and bright. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to anyone with a large group!

Extended Family Vacation

We had a large group of 14 including 3 generations. Plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was roomy, which was perfect as we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and hot tub and the amenities available at the resort. The setting is idyllic!! Owner was very helpful and responsive with any issues or questions that occurred. Would recommend this house for families!

Large family for wedding place to gathet

My communications with the manager as a 4star was probably not correct… should be N/AAll my fault…. Didn’t see their communications as my Phone email was whacky…. When I did see it , our stay was nearly over.The place was excellent only negative was in trying to locate the tv remote in the sofa…. Found some snack chips…. Not a proble. They were fresh. Like from the last guest… but did not … try to taste them.Perfect for the large family to stay and gather on the beautiful patio Thanks RDK
