Villa Sitges Colonial is just 1,800 meters from the center of Sitges and its beaches – 3 minutes by car.

There is direct access to the Garraf Natural Park just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

We recommend having a car to drive up and down the residential area. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and walk to Sitges (beaches, center, shops, etc.) or take the bus, which runs every 30 minutes. The stop is only 100 meters from the villa.

The beaches and town center are a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk. A car is recommended.

INTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

Villa Sitges Colonial is decorated in a bohemian Ibiza style across 3 levels.

The entrance is on the top floor. Fully renovated 2 years ago with refined taste by an architect and stylist.

The first suite is at the entrance, with a king-size bed and full bathroom. A balcony runs the length of this floor, connecting the rooms. Several seating areas and tables allow you to enjoy sea and pool views two floors below.

The hallway leads to two bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, and a single bedroom.

A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, along with a bathroom.

A few steps further lead to the main living and dining area. This room features large sliding glass windows that flood the villa with natural light and offer breathtaking sea views. Once open, they create a beautiful and comfortable indoor-outdoor living space.

At the far end is a sofa facing the TV, a large wooden dining table, and on the opposite side, the fully equipped open kitchen.

The windows lead out to a balcony with another dining area overlooking the pool.

From there, stairs lead to the upper outdoor lounge with a sofa and coffee table.

Finally, a few more steps take you to the double-sided infinity pool, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. A final dining table is set next to the pool for al fresco dining.
