“Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung……

He showed us to our room and even helped with our heavy luggage. The hotel is located on the hill. “The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. “Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. Enea suites are centrally located in Heraklion with plenty of resturants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. (Expect noise at night-time.) All shops and……

“Excellent hotel! We had stayed at another one of their properties a few weeks prior. The hotel staff communication and help is out standing! They booked us a taxi to get to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor, would request a lower floor next time….so many stairs 😳. Would highly recommend this property!”

“Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, personeel over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers ruim en prettig. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid en lekker,voldoende plek, ook buiten. Zwembad schoon en verfrissend. Enige nadeel in Griekenland vonden wij dat er buiten en vaak ook binnen gerookt wordt.”

“Spacious apartment with kitchen, a 4 seat table, television etc. As a couple we had a double bed, there was room for two additional single beds in the main living area. Some small treats like basic breakfast, coffee pods and milk sachets were provided (and a nice surprise). We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout which was much appreciated too”
