「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...

「Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails...
