“Very tired looking..needs a make over .very noisy at night.”

“Room was dirty, stains on the bed, poo stains on the bathroom wall. What looked like blood near the window. Found a dirty pair of socks in the wardrobe. The man in reception was rude when checking myself and my partner in. Will not be coming back!”

“I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the……

“The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma”

“The room was in poor condition the taps and the shower didn’t work we booked this for 3 days after the first day we left and booked another hotel a wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here at all”

“Very good....room tidy quiet place to stay breakfast wasn't available but was recommended some good places to eat. Staff member very helpful and friendly.”

“Room was a very good size with good facilities. Great location. The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve. The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call. When the shower was used the apartment then……

“Hotel room was lovely and clean- sofa bed was already set up for us. Staff were wonderful making sure everything was okay at all times, WhatsApp number posted onto the check in desk if we need anything but can’t find anyone. We were given the choice as to whether we wanted the room left alone, or tidied. Hotel is Close to the town centre- lovely walk to Skegness pleasure beach, as well as fairydell (highly recommend if you have children under 12!!) Would have liked it if the curtains were……

“Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable. ”

“Lovely spacious room overlooking the market place and the luxury of a four poster bed, wish we could have stayed a few more nights.”
