“Simple self check in into a narrow hall way leading up some stairs to get to the rooms. This area was will lit and secure. The room itself was well equipped with fridge/freezer microwave kettle etc and fresh milk and bottled water was left in the fridge. Two wall mounted TV's with working remotes and cutlery and pots etc all available. Comfy bed with towels provided for the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. All in all everything you need for a short stay away.”

“What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town.

“What a great find this was....
Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner.
Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+.
Than out of the blue I find this beauty.....
Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive……

“My family stayed in the property for over a month, while we explored Wales and visited some friends in the Swansea area. The small village up in the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the check in process was simple with a lock box and independent arrival time. “We stayed for a couple of nights as a couple. Location was great for wandering to the seafront and for food and drink options. We walked up to the golf course to watch the pros play which took about half an hour. Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Bonus points for the extra large mug for the wife’s morning cuppa. Nice touch was milk in the fridge and tea/coffee. Would stay again. Thank you.”

“The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury.
The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house.
The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm……

“The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main.
I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. There were a couple of other issues with a damaged blind in the bedroom and a……

“It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again”
