“It was great. Motel was very clean as was the entire property. ”

“SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room! SHOUTOUT to “Nicole”! (name on the housekeeping notecard) Luxurious bathroom! Beautiful artwork in the room and around the property. We were in a double queen room overlooking the pool and a pond with marshy area beyond, which was beautiful. There were 2, skinny wardrobes, one on each side of the beds. Large TV. Lighting was good. “This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will……

“Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you”

“This was my first stay at a "Spark by Hilton" hotel. I guess I should have done my homework a little better before booking. Nice hotel but I likely would not stay here again for more than a quick overnight trip because of the lack of hot breakfast and a fitness facility. The bad: Breakfast: I didn't bother with the breakfast because it consisted of mostly cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bread. I certainly prefer a hot breakfast. “The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair……

“Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion).”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was poor went down to eat with over an hour left for breakfast they were out of pancake mix, bacon, a few eggs . Out of juice and no one was around to even ask for more. We left and ate elsewhere. The place was not worth the money i paid. Chose this hotel becauae past ratings were good. ”
