「All in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time. 「Lovely place lovely people. If you want to get away from the mob this is the place. Beautiful setting. Lovely food. Reception were very helpful as were all the staff. Only negatives I have are the Villas are up a big hill so have a car or be fit. Also the pool at the villa wasn’t ready (on and cleaned) on the Saturday we arrived, wasn’t sorted until we said something on the Monday. But was sorted very quickly.」

「Case Irene is a lovely hotel with the most hospitable staff. It is based 5 minutes from Falsarana beach and 15 minutes from Kissamo beach. The front reception was super helpful with check in and local recommendations. Housekeeping were very efficient and the breakfast service was very nice. We loved our stay!」

「My husband and I loved this hotel! It was super modern, the breakfast each morning was amazing, and the staff was so nice. The hotel has free underground parking which is a perk. The location was great - away from the crowded city center. Having a private pool was very nice and relaxing with great views. The room was so clean and very tasteful. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return! 」

「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」
