「The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

「gave me the wrong room i ask for a room over looking the lake i got a room of the back of the bldg」

「If you don’t mind constant highway noise and a couple of train whistles in the middle of the night, the room was fine. Shower could have been cleaned better- hair and soap residue. Shower door would not stay closed. But bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. I tried to request a room not facing the highway but…didn’t work out.」

「We left! Drove 3 hours home! Place is disgusting! You really should update the photos. I lost $250」

「The house was beautiful, John was very friendly and helpful - he worked with us to make a change in our schedule at the last minute, much appreciated. Our room was very comfortable. We plan to return.」

「Motel was clean, quiet and well managed. Gave us new towels each day and the beds were 10/10 comfortable ! Thank you」

There was no toilet paper and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was full of roaches. I left all my luggage in the car and would have slept in my car if it had an outlet for my Cpap machine. I have stayed in some terrible places as a professional musician, but this place makes the top five most deplorable literal roach motels I have ever seen. Do...

「Los cuartos q están atrás de la oficina no te agarran el WIfi ya van 2 fines de semana q me quedo y no tienen señal」

「Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. Grounds had litter and trash thrown about. No wonder I was the only car there in a bust summer season. I wouldn't...
