「House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.」

「If you read and loved the description of this place, you will, indeed, love this place. It's exactly what's advertised and it has been the perfect getaway for my husband and me twice now. Its a gorgeous location with ample fishing, reading, lazing opportunities. The cabin is adorable, the bed is comfy, the fire pit is awesome! There's so much to love about this place. We will be back every time we get the opportunity.」

「The house is very modern and new. Came with every kitchen/bathroom need possible. Property manager was very quick to respond with a couple questions we had. Overall very pleased with our stay!」

「We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend on the lake! The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for all. Tons of amenities to keep us busy, if we wanted. And a lovely deck and lawn to just hang out and enjoy the view. Easy access to launch our boat from a nearby park. And ample space to tie up on the private dock. We took advantage of the excellent fishing Kerr Lake has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet time on the lake but still...

「The house itself was great, well maintained, clean, everything worked. Working gas grill and firewood provided. The Internet service at the house was DSL, very slow. Had a hard time streaming music. The Lake would have some current at times, not all the time. And there was a day with a bit of an oil slick on the water, possibly dam related. We swam and paddle boarded and had a lovely time, nonetheless. We didn't have a boat, that might have been nice for the times when the current was there....

「Jim and Mona are the best host! They make sure you have what you need and always go above and beyond. The dog park is a great addition and so convenient. We love being able to walk to town and back. The dock has plenty of room to hang out and just relax in the water. It is covered so if you need to get out of the sun you are able too.」

「Stayed 5 nights for a wedding at the state park. FANTASTIC house! Perfect hub for orchestrating the wedding of our son. Space galore. Never felt cramped. Multiple hangout places in the house and marvelous screened-in porch were perfect for small groups and the great room easily accommodated drop in visitors. Stunning property and wonderful views. Beautifully appointed and very well kept. Owners were gracious and prompt in communication. HIGHLY recommended😁」

「Our weekend at Little Piece of Paradise was perfect! The house is spacious and great for the 8 of us. We were so appreciative of Clayton’s flexibility with us, thanks for being so accommodating! We spent most of our time on the water, the dock for the house is great and the golf cart to get down there was an excellent bonus for hauling everything down to the water. We cooked all our meals while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house supplying beach towels and floats...

「Friendly staff made sure to ask us if we were ok if we had any concerns when they saw us. Over all the property was good some updates needed rugs in hall have an odor, the bathroom ceiling had a chip of paint coming off and some towels had kinda of a yellow rust stain not that they were dirty just towels need to be replaced with new ones.
