“To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels door !!!!! And also the spa didn’t had enough therapist, so they gave such an excuses that you don’t need this therapy at the moment!!!!”

“The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers. No bellhop to help with luggage. I have fallen on the front steps of the hotel twice because the steps didn’t have enough light and floor markers. No one came to help me even though I’m sure I was visible to the desk staff……

“Perfect location in Tripoli, very clean and great communication with staff. Should have had some sheets and blankets for the pullout bed which were missing, laundry detergent or pods for the washer would have been nice too. ”

“This is place was great. Easy check in (codes). Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, space worked out so well. It was for my daughter, her husband and their small baby. Her husband had to take a work meeting which he was able to on the porch. There was a couch they could do feedings on and relax. This location is perfect location to walk to the Platia with all the restaurants and shops right there. The only negative is there is a lot of traffic in the hall of the building and you can hear people……

“The place is very nice and clean. The owner payed a lot of attention to details (like having toiletries, goodies and all necessary kitchen supplies). We even had a bottle of wine at the end of our stay. The decoration was very beautiful and there’s a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. Everyone was very friendly. The only room for improvement is with communication. I you don’t have a local number to call, there isn’t any way to contact the person in charge (no whatsapp……
