“We tried to call reception at night as we had an issue with the bed allocation, but despite ringing twice, noone answered the phone. No additional bedding in room if required, and I do think that reception should be manned 24hrs or at least an emergency number provided”

“Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed.”

“Our stay was amazing - the food was so delicious. We would highly recommend this place to stay while you visit Ireland - perfect driving distance to Dublin. They were also very helpful in letting us know things to see while in the area but also when we left headed to Limerick gave us excellent things to see on the way. The owner and staff went over and above 😁👍”

“Older style of hotel with incredible staff and excellent value for the money. Large lobby areas where we saw travelers and families with kids playing while adults enjoyed drinks from the in-house pub and conversation. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was top notch with staff brewing coffee and tea to order. Staff even took time to help us puzzle out complex travel situations.”

“Nice facility with restaurant and pub on site. Great breakfast.”

“I love this hotel very much. Everything is perfect, esp the Irish breakfast, that's amazing.”

“it was great, whatever the staff , faculties or others services . But the location was far from city center . It was good for relaxing. I would like to like here again .”

“24hr shuttle”

“員工服務非常好 比預期的好非常多”

“Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed……

“Ok”

“The staff are amazing, so helpful above and beyond. Accommodate any request , have traveled many places this was truly the best staff ever. Including the breakfast staff wonderful people. Went from Canada for a wedding, made our experience wonderful. Thanks Castle Arch!”

“That’s a very cute little place, no directions at all on how to turn on different things like the TV or the stove or any of the Kitchen things that would’ve been nice to have but eventually figured it out. It was clean, quiet and a cute little place in the country.”

“If you are looking to escape the mad world or planning the perfect family break, look no further. This place is truly a hidden gem, and from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. The property is incredibly easy to find using Google Maps, which made the journey entirely stress-free. Also communication from the owner before arrival. As soon as you drive onto the grounds, an immediate sense of safety and……
