"Poor customer service "

"My husband and I stayed at this home for a week with our dog and had a great time! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Great kitchen, amazing master bathroom, and we loved hanging out by the fire and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in at night. It was a great location and close to all of the places we wanted to explore. The hosts were great and very quick to respond. Our only negative was the driveway access, it’s a small lane way off of the highway next to a blind corner, it was scary pulling on to the main road when we would go somewhere."

"The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. It has a gorgeous view of the lake with the mountains in the background. We will definitely stay here again if it's available the next time we visit the area."

"Had a very relaxing stay. With a jet tub comfortably sized for two adults and a steam shower I was thoroughly enjoying the spa amenities. Didn't make use of the local dining, instead used their spacious kitchen. But we liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants in a few minutes time as an option. Overall loved the condo comforts and the convenience of it's close proximity to restaurants. My only ding is that the parking isn't next to the condo unit. I recommend you bring a small cart with you if you're lugging multiple things without rollers. The condo owner also has a wagon cart which is very helpful. But felt wasn't quite big enough to carry a load to make fewer round-trips."

"Great location. Fabulous home for friends and family. Such a comfortable luxurious place with so many amenities and things to keep entertained like the shuffleboard and pool table. The hot tub was a special treat after long days of skiing. Will be back again and again. The Tahoe Luxury Properties team made our stay easy and enjoyable."

"The house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! love it had enough beds for all of us. The master was my favorite with a jacuzzi bath tub and the view to the lake was very nice! I would recommend this home and will be booking again hopefully soon!!!! "
