The property itself was immaculately clean and provided the perfect atmosphere for us to relax and recharge our batteries. We also loved that it was within walking distance of town. "Super convenient to access, had everything we needed including fire wood. The view of the woods from your bed was an awesome sight to wake up to. My family was able to just sit back, relax, and destress after a long week. The kids loved being able to romp through the woods. The wife loved the sauna! I don’t think I’ve stayed at a more convenient cabin!"

"Comfort and style in the midst of the woods. We enjoyed our short stay in this lovely and cozy cabin with all the creature comforts. There was plenty of natural light (as long as as sun is out, lol) and modern amenities. Quiet and private location. It was for me, a very comfortable setup to relax and be away from A-Town, where we drove in from. Some things to note and appreciated: the gravelled area out front for our personal parking space; the cute porch furnished with 2 chairs and a small table, to sit outside and soak in the sun while enjoying a drink; the touches of esthetic rustic/country decor, the super comfortable queen sized bed, and oh-so comfy pillows, linens, quilts, a kitchen size sink, mini keurig, electric kettle, toaster  microwave, some glassware and silverware, and THE lovely bathroom, ALL made for a wonderful getaway very pleasant and relaxing.  This place offered more than I expected and it was especially CLEAN, which is high on my list of expectations. The conveniences of the cabin and nearby drive into town, local shops and restaurants, trails and look-out have me looking forward to our next stay. I highly recommend these accommodations. One of the owners I spoke to, Twila, was and is very quick to respond though she was out of state. Originally, we were to stay at theTalkeetna Lodge up the road but I am very glad to find this as our alternative. It will be our first choice the next time ;) "

"The cabin was exactly as seen in the pictures, a small little cabin with everything you need for a night away. I wasn't expecting the other cabins and the owners house to be so close, I was hoping for a little more space but otherwise everything was as expected. We enjoyed the cabin very much."

"This has by far been my family's favorite adventure in Alaska. We've been visiting cabins and campsites all over. From Homer, to Seward and Valdez and up to Fairbanks over the last three years. From the great hosts, the great location, and the great experiences, this Talkeetna cabin has it all. Luke and Liz are great hosts They are good communicators and made us feel welcome from booking until check out. They were quick to respond to any questions and continually reached out to make sure we had everything we needed for our adventure. The cabin boasts awesome upscale amenities, is close to tons of activities, downtown and restaurants. We had an absolute blast hiking, sledding, tubing and eating our way through Talkeetna. My kids really enjoyed the loft area, and after wearing themselves out playing all day they passed out no problem on the comfy bed and over sized fluffy bean bag chair. Our favorite memories included roasting marshmallows over the fire pit as the snow was falling and watching the kids play in the woods from the comfort of the open deck. My daughter, and wife, were also especially excited about the heated floors throughout. All in all a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back."
