"To the rooms had wet, moldy bedding, one had a moldy pillow to the room, smelled like mold and wet sheets bathroom floor floors were sticky like they haven’t been mopped. Otherwise the other two rooms were satisfactory gentlemen at the counter were very good at taking care of us, but we should’ve been moved to better and cleaner rooms. "

"The room was clean with comfortable beds and bedding. However we were given a handicap room that has an open shower. If you turn the water on in the shower it floods the bathroom as there's nothing to stop the water from gushing out."

"We enjoyed having a large room with a sofa but found numerous dog hairs and human hair in towels and carpet. My grandson is allergic to certain dogs and he coughed the entire 3 days."

"This is a great renaissance hotel. The renovation of the interior is magnificent. The staff is very professional, competent and accommodating. Notables are the lobby including the bar and the pool spa. Best hotel shower head ever! The dining options in walking distance are fantastic. Definite return visit."
