"This was the worst stay ever!!!At check in, the desk person was so rude but I overlooked it as we had been at the hospital with my nephew all day and very tired. Then the people in the room above us stomped around for two nights. We suffered through the 1st night but the 2nd night we called 4 times to ask the night person to do something. Either NOTHING was done or they were ignored. It started at 11 pm and continued allnight we figured it was a dog. The front desk never offered to move us even though we did ask. In the morning when i spoke with the front desk face to face she told me they had offered and we declined. Why lie?? I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in until Monday, I requested a name and phone and was given their card. I most definitely will be calling tomorrow but i was very disappointed Hampden Inn has always been my goto."

"Very clean room, delicious breakfast which was kept stocked. I loved the air conditioning it was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially the woman that checked us in! She was phenomenal and so very welcoming. There was a mix up with our room and she was awesome and helped us soooo much!! She was amazing!! "
