"I recently stayed at an Aloft Hotels property and unfortunately experienced an issue that was never resolved during my stay. When I arrived, there was no hot water in my room. I had to leave quickly for an engagement, so I wasn’t able to address it immediately. The next morning I tried again to shower and there was still no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they would email the manager, but no one followed up and no solution was offered. As a result, I ended up having to leave the hotel early without even being able to take a hot shower. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but I was disappointed that the issue wasn’t addressed or resolved during my stay. I hope management looks into this so future guests don’t have the same experience. "

"No parking, valet or $35 parking a block away, breakfast was through the Hometown suites but was good. We stayed on the 7th floor and could hear noises, music, and sirens from outside all night long, I had to move a nightstand due to dropping something and they definitely do not move or clean behind anything. We requested extra bedding and they left nothing but 2 pillows and a mattress cover for the pullout but they did bring us extra bedding and a thin blanket after we called and asked. Fair warning-elevators are extremely slow. & we couldn’t locate the stairs. "
