Staff was great. Rooms could use some updating. We were on the 8th floor and most of the USB chargers in our room didn’t work. We also had to use a significant amount of force to get the bathroom door to close.
We also spent more money to upgrade to Club status but the Club status perks weren't the same as at other Sheraton locations, and weren't available for half of the nights we stayed there. That wasnt indicated anywhere when we booked, and had I known that I wouldn't have bothered upgrading or would have stayed somewhere else for less money. Very disappointing.
If you're looking for a hotel that's near the airport and relatively clean, this fits the bill. If you want extras, not worth the extra cost here.
