Clean less and customer service amazing, only negative point to said is that their MiniBar on room is authomatic so items get charged to the room if you withdraw them from fridge and because of that the suites doesn’t have a regular fridge or place to have your own food or drinks as is usual. We enjoyed our stay and Michael was very quick to respond throughout our trip. We had an issue with the hot tub and a lack of hot water in one of the showers. Overall we had a great vacation and we would stay here again.
