「Pros: - great location for easy access to surrounding Des Moines area. - Spacious apartment. Cons: If you like quiet, this place is NOT for you! you can hear traffic all night long and you can even feel the traffic go by as well, the floor and wall would even vibrate and rattle sometimes depending on the type of vehicle that goes by! I ended up wearing ear plugs to decrease the noise so I could sleep a little bit… The apartment flooring was not clean…there was debris under the living sofa. ...
