“Excellent accommodation with an exceptional view. Immediately after booking, Colin, the owner emailed with all the information we needed to make our stay on Skye fabulous. We were greeted on arrival. The pod was meticulously clean and really lovely! Bathroom with shower, microwave, milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Clean bedding, towels, tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid. Crockery in the cupboards. The decking had a table and two chairs and looked over the most spectacular……

“La camera era terribilmente fredda, sporca e il mobile principale era danneggiato (per non dire da buttare). Alla segnalazione, seppur con cortesia, non sono stati in grado di cambiarci la stanza, né risolvere il problema del freddo. Ci hanno dato una stufetta da bagno che non riusciva a scaldare tutta la stanza. Le altre due stufette (una da bagno, l'altra finto caminetto) erano rotte. Il phon non funzionava.
