“We have always stayed at this hotel when we visit our son and his family. Overall the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and we love the coffee. This stay was not the best. We always ask for a first floor room due to our age and hardly ever get a first floor room. Our room was on the third floor this time and the room was extremely hot even with the heater turned off. The toilet seat was wobbly. When asked why we can't ever get the first floor we were told we should ask for them when……

“I highly recommend this Best Western for anyone who asks. Staff was totally awesome and friendly. Property was clean. Breakfast had something for everyone. The automatic pancake maker was a fun feature. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“Staff was very helpful with all of our needs, breakfast was excellent, AC worked perfectly”

“Great friendly staff. Room & amenities were great!”

“Disgusting. Bed sheets were filthy with hair and cigarette ash/burns in them.”

“Did not like not having a do not disturb sign to hang out of my room door...so staff would rather knock hard early in the morning at my door instead; to.see if I needed something.....I did not and wanted no distrurbance better....”

“Its a great place to stay just didnt like that they were still booking hotels rooms while under renovation. Elevator was broken and ended up having to transfer to the third floor because the lower rooms are not really great because of renovations.”
