Frühstück war sehr gut, Auswahl / Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand alles neuwertig Bademantel , Föhn, Kühlschrank, Safe alles vorhanden. Sogar Bodenbeleuchtung schaltet sich bei Nacht ein falls man mal raus müsste. Eis / Wasser steht im Gang zur Verfügung, waren sehr zufrieden.....

Everything about this hotel is excellent… the room was lovely and the housekeeping staff showed great attention to detail. Both the rooftop and spa pool areas were well-kept and restful, and the bar/restaurant staff professional and friendly at all times. The location is really convenient for buses, Bolt pick-ups and walks into Sliema to catch the ferry to Valletta. We have stayed in a number of high-quality hotels in Malta and were very impressed by this one… we hope to return soon!

The room was clean, though the pool in the basement felt a bit small and crowded most of the time. Still, I appreciated that the hotel had another pool given that the pool at the roof deck was cold. What truly sets a hotel apart are the micro-details that show attentiveness to guests. For example, the water jug in the sauna/steam room was left empty for days—something as simple as keeping it filled signals that management cares about guest comfort. Small touches like this make a big difference. The morning reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, which is especially important since many guests are new to the country and rely on the hotel as a temporary home. A welcoming reception instantly makes visitors feel safe and at ease in unfamiliar surroundings. When I left early in the morning, the young receptionist kindly offered me coffee, which I appreciated, while I waited for my airport ride. It would have been an even nicer gesture if the staff had thanked me for staying, wished me a pleasant journey, and a safe flight. These seemingly small courtesies add up and make a stay far more memorable and meaningful.

The hotel was well positioned nearby plenty of restaurants/bars, ferry station and even full blown grocery store. Also an incredible breakfast at a great value (thank you Ms. Finland for the special order of watermelon). However, what most impressed me was the quality of service/attention demonstrated by every staff member I interacted with. This is a 4-star hotel operated a 6-star staff. I will definetley recommend to friends and family when visiting. Thank you!!

Clean and neat. Seems renovated/new inside. Service was great, pools were really nice to have. The only thing to note is the beds are not king size. It might be European King size, but if you are from the Americas know they only have double beds.

Wir waren für sechs Übernachtungen vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Service, Housekeeping) sehr freundlich, haben immer ein Lächeln übrig gehabt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde auch schnell immer nachgelegt.Besonders hervorzuheben war das es jeden Tag immer auch etwas anderes typisch maltesisches gab. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde immer sehr sauber gehalten. Die Lage vom Hotel war für uns super. Zu den Sightseeingmöglichkeiten per Schiff oder Bus sind es ca. 10-15 min. zu Fuß, Lokalitäten sind auch genügend in der Umgebung.

Staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, and an evening meal(on one occasion) and the roof terrace was a good place to sit with a cold drink. We will definitely return. Thankyou for such a lovely stay.

Our stay was perfect. The staff in every part of the hotel were so attentive, helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was very good, a little more storage would have been helpful but not essential. Attention to detail was incredible, never stayed anywhere where there is a motion sensory skirting board light that guides you to the bathroom in the middle of the night! Breakfast was delicious, so much choice and freshly made. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was fantastic. We cannot fault this hotel, the incredible staff make it. Thank you.

The housekeepers go above and beyond! They even lined up my shoes! I stayed in the last room on the 6th floor and it was really noisy after midnight, as if furniture was being pushed around. If you’re a sound sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue. Parking is at Welbee’s Supermaket car park in the UPPER level. It would be helpful if there was a sign indicating Marriot hotel because the lower level is NOT for the hotel. When you leave the hotel for the day, make sure to get a validated ticket from the hotel reception AND scan it at the machine or see the attendant before going to your car. The stick will automatically open when you exit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, location is very convenient, 10 steps away from the main street! I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
