“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

“Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.”

“What was once a first class property is now at a crossroads. They can replace the dirty, old, and beat up room furniture, or jut ride down the hotel until it dies of natural causes. Minimal exter parking lot lighting made me think the hotel was closed. Ceiling tiles falling down and burned out lights in the lobby send the "past its prime" vibe. Good Wi Fi, clean bath, and water pressure”

“The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements.”

“We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second……
