My family of 6 persons stayed for 4 days. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is quite spacious. Restaurant serving fantastic breakfast. Vibes of the hotel is generally nice.
Worse thing is there was mice in the room and when we reported this to the hotel, they seemed used to similar 'incident' being reported as their reply seemed not really concerning.

• Unsafe Bathroom Lighting System
The bathroom motion-sensor lights kept switching off during my shower, twice within the first five minutes, and then increasingly faster. I had to step out and make large movements to turn them back on. With water flooding the bathroom floor, this created a serious slipping hazard, especially for elderly guests.

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30.
Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」
